Accounting bureau "Nika" offers a vacancy for an accountant in the payroll and personnel accounting department. Main duties: Collecting, checking and entering data into the payroll database. Full calculation of salary, taxes and social contributions. Calculation of vacation, sick leave, time on business trip and other intermediate calculationsPreparation of monthly files, reports and other documentation based on the results of salary calculation: postings, payroll information, payment information, etc. of funds Adherence to established methodology and calculation procedures Communicating with government bodies on behalf of the client Adhering to the requirements of the document storage system Tracking changes in legislation Cooperation with other departments on matters of data display and payroll rules What we expect from you: Be a sociable, organized and open person Be responsible and attentive to detailsHigher education in finance, accounting or economics At least 2 years of experience in payroll and personnel administration (outsourcing experience will be a plus) Knowledge of tax and labor laws Software experience: 1C BAS, M.E.Doc.High level computer literacy, knowledge and experience of working with text editors and other office programs (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) What we offer: Decent salary level Work in a friendly team
