Finance and Accounting is an absolutely key department at CopeCart due to the large number of transaction processes. Your task is to monitor and further develop the existing processes.Your tasksProcess invoices and ensure accurate and timely payments using establishes proceduresReconcile accounts and resolve payment discrepanciesMaintain vendor records and communicationMaintain strong communications with banks and other financial service providersAssist with financial reporting and budgeting processesComply with accounting principles and company policesYour ProfileBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or any related field is preferredFluent in German language Proficient with MS Office Suite including strong Excel skillsSQL knowledge would be a plusDetail, deadline and goal-orientedAbility to drive results in a fast-placed/deadline-oriented environment Strong analytical skillsStrong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Problem-solving and organizational skillsWhat you can expect from CopeCart Remote & Flexibility | We firmly believe that every working environment should be tailored to the employee.
