Accountant for work with suppliers

Your tasks:
 

Accounting for payments with suppliers:

• enter into the accounting system (SAP Business One) incoming invoices, revenue invoices and acts of completed works for the receipt of goods and services;
• monitor the correct preparation of primary documents;
• ensure the reliability of data on receivables and payables to suppliers; 
• timely reconcile settlements with counterparties;
• monitor availability of contracts with suppliers and their registration documents;
• monitor and distribute costs of future periods;
• li>form a tax credit and check the execution and registration of tax invoices in the ЕРПН.

What we expect:

• Experience as an accountant at least 3 years;
• A confident user of Excel; 1C: Enterprise 8; UPP configuration for Ukraine; M.E.DOC; Timely EDO; SAP;
• Knowledge of PSBO and the Tax Code;
• Flexibility and ability to adapt and change;
• Analytical mindset and attention to details;
