Accountant for work with counterparties, YASNO in DTEK, TOV, Energetichna kompaniya

YASNO is a brand under which a group of companies operates in the supply of electricity, gas, energy efficiency solutions and electric vehicles. We provide services for 3.3 million Ukrainian families and 90 thousand legal clients. Three companies of the YASNO brand three times topped the rating of electricity suppliers of Ukraine compiled by the analytical center DiXi Group. 

 
Position functions:

• Control over the fulfillment of the terms of contracts (including lease contracts) in interaction with counterparties: timely payment, control of receipts and supplies, continuation of contractual documentation, control of changes in tariffs and prices etc.
• Administration of the contract negotiation system.
• Maintenance of primary documentation, control over registration (suppliers/buyers) and the availability of originals.
• Monthly calculation of payment to counterparties for the provided service, creation of primary documentation (invoices, acts), exchange of documentation with counterparties;
• Maintenance of the register of payments.
• Control of tariffs for electricity and analysis of implementation in terms of counterparties.
• Working in the SAP system: making payments, reconciliation of actual costs, creating acts and invoices, creating counterparties, invoices and contracts.
• Communicating with counterparties and interacting with colleagues from different departments: accounting, finance, SB, legal.

Necessary skills and knowledge:

• Experience in creating primary documents for settlements with counterparties.
• A confident user of the Microsoft package.
• 1C, SAP (preferred).
