Accountant for the VAT area in SplendidScore Ukraine

Our client is the Ukrainian representative office of a large international holding that leads a group of more than 250 subsidiary companies around the world that produce pharmaceuticals, sanitary and hygienic products and medical equipment.

Now we are looking for a Accountant for the VAT department .

Main tasks:

1) Formation of tax liabilities from sales of goods and services:

< li style="font-weight: 400">Tracking of the first event
• Creation and execution of tax invoices in the SAP accounting system (400 pcs.) and their registration in SOTA < /li>
• Creating and carrying out adjustment calculations
• Control over the completeness of outgoing tax invoices.

2) Formation of tax credit: 

• Tracking registration in the Unified register of tax invoices from suppliers
• Processing incoming tax invoices in the accounting to the SAP system, control over unpaid tax invoices

3) Monitoring of the status and balance of funds in the account in the VAT electronic administration system.

4) Control of VAT amounts on accounts 641, 643, 644 in accounting systems.

5) Archiving of expense invoices and TTN, participation in various company projects to improve accounting and automation operations.

Requirements:

• Higher economic education (accounting and auditing, finance).
• Experience as an accountant with VAT management function from 2 years
• English - Intermediate+
• PC knowledge: MS Office ( Excel - advanced level), SOTA (M.E.Doc), TIMELY, SAP (will be an advantage);
• Responsibility, attention to details, ability to work in a team< /li>
• Willingness to learn and develop.
