Accountant for settlements with creditors

Main responsibilities:

• Maintaining settlements with accountable persons: checking and conducting reports on the use of funds/electronic money issued for a business trip or for a report, in the SAP, Concur, AppZen accounting systems; preparation and submission of information for payment.

• Reconciliation with accountable persons, formation of registers for the inventory of calculations.

• Assessment of taxes for additional benefit (PIT, VZ, EUS), preparation of accounting records for tax payment and 1-DF report.

• Administrative support of corporate cards: opening/blocking, setting/changing limits, consultations for employees; formation and printing of bank statements.

• Conducting onboarding for new employees regarding the preparation of advance reports, business trips and representative expenses.

• Participation in the monthly closing of the period: accrual of reserves for expenses, write-off of local materials, checking balances and accounts.

• Preparation of documents for internal audit and external audits; archiving advance reports.

• Implementation of internal control procedures (SFCF controls).

• Participation in corporate projects and updating internal policies, instructions, document templates.

• Knowledge and application of the norms of the Tax Code of Ukraine, legislation on advance reports and cost accounting.

• Performance of the SAP Super function User.

education.
• A confident user of MS Office, experience in SAP.
• Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level and above.
• Responsibility, communication, initiative, ability to make decisions, ability to work with large volumes of information/documents.
