We are waiting for you if you

• Have a specialized secondary or higher education (finance, economics, accounting).
• You have experience in a similar position (preferably in production).
• You have knowledge of accounting programs (SAP, 1C: Accounting, M.E.Doc, etc.).
• You have a PC at the level of a confident user (MS Excel, Word, Power Point).
• Attention to details, responsible, able to work with large volumes information. multitasking and hardy to work.
• Basic knowledge of tax and accounting legislation will be an advantage.

Your main duties will be:

• Reception, inspection and accounting of primary documents regarding the receipt of materials, raw materials, components, tools, TMC.
• Posting of stocks in accounting (accounts 20, 22, 25, 28, etc.).
• Display of operations for the receipt of materials in the SAP/1C program / BAS .
• Control of the correctness of VAT display during stock posting.
• Maintenance of analytical records of materials by warehouses, nomenclature, materially responsible persons.
• Reconciliation of inventory balances with warehouses, participation in inventories.
• Accounting of movement of materials: movement, return, write-off.
• Formation of reports on the movement of material stocks for accounting and management.
• Interaction with the supply department, warehouse and production units.
