The certification of the USA, Korea, Europe and Ukraine guarantees the reliability of products. We continue to scale, so we are looking for an Assistant (this) chief accountant for our team. What will you get? Income 25,000 hryvnias — we are an exclusive supplier of equipment from world leaders in our field and we are constantly replenishing our client base. Transparency - official employment and salary payments twice a month. Convenience - work schedule Mon-Fri, 10:00-18:00. Accessibility - a convenient office near the Palats "Ukraine" metro station. Stability - long-term and reliable cooperation is important to us. What will you need to do? Banking operations: conducting banking operations; work in the "Client-Bank" system (distribution of statements). Accounting of documents: statement of primary documents (invoices, expense invoices, acts of completed works, tax invoices); registration of receipt of goods (receipt invoices, acts of completed works). Accounting of goods: keeping records of returns/movements of goods; registration of tax invoices; VAT accounting (liability and credit). Other: preparation of reconciliations; extracting powers of attorney and keeping their records; control of receivables and payables; preparation of VAT reporting; registration of inventory results; settlement with accountable persons; management of contracts (1C-contract). We are on the way if you: have a higher economic education; 2+ years of experience in its application; are ready to learn or have 1C-accounting (UTP 8.3, accounting), BAS-accounting, M.E.
