Job DescriptionWe are looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant to join our international global team. You will help the accounting department of the company and Schréder enterprises around the world, working remotely or from our office in Ternopil. Responsibilities: Receipt of purchase invoices and control of compliance with legal requirements for several Schréder legal entities (several VAT numbers) Pre-coding of invoices using a scanning system Monitoring of updates / changes to supplier information Timely processing of purchase invoices Control of orders for procurement and resolution of discrepancies in ordersMonitoring the flow of approvals and debtsControlling the reporting of suppliers and submitted documentsPreparing documentation for auditsRequired skills: Bachelor's degree in accounting or similar work experienceWork experience +/- 5 years in a similar positionFluency in English Well-developed communication and organizational skills.
