That is why we invite our experienced team of Accountant-Economist (Taoplat sales support) to be able to continue to grow. We expect you and the team to help the business achieve strategic goals every time, ensuring the calculation and accounting of the company's actual and planned indicators. Functional duties: collecting sales reports from marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.) in electronic spreadsheets and uploading sales data to the cloud system (QuickBooks Online); calculation based on sales Sales Tax, Franchise Tax; entering tax data into the cloud system; conducting mutual settlements with marketplaces in the cloud system; processing requests for payment and making bank payments, different banks; interaction with jugs; preparation of calculations for Gross Margin Report, P&L, Cash Flow, budgeting; reconciliations and closing period to the cloud system. We are looking for you: experience of working as an accountant, accounting specialist, financier, treasurer from 1.5-2 years in the company, debuting a physical product (FMCG/electronics/accessories/clothing, etc.); understanding and experience in calculating the cost of goods; level of English - confident intermediate level (base - the ability to read documents, write short texts, fill out standard forms and navigate the program interfaces in English, the ability to communicate in English with banks, contractors of other services will be a plus); higher economic education; high-class skills in Excel/Google spreadsheets (VPR/Vlookup, pivot tables/PIVOT, IMPORTRANGE, IF/IFS, use of ready-made scripts, etc.); mandatory work experience in 1StA/or ERP systems. Experience in QuickBooks is a plus; strong analytical skills; focus on the result; attention to detail; high capacity for retraining (text instructions and video); the ability to organize your working day in the conditions of remote work.
