Accountant-economist of the rental department in Merx

 The companyMerx- the owner ofcommercialreal estate invites the cooperation ofan accountant-economist of the department rent.

Requirements:

• Higher education in accounting, economics
• 2 years of work experience
• Knowledge of PC (programs): Microsoft Office package, confident user of Excel
• Knowledge of SAP program is desirable
• Ability to work with large volumes information
• Willingness to learn
• Responsibility and attention to details

Responsibilities:

• Calculation of rent
• Invoicing tenants, forming acts of completed works
• Control over timely receipt of rental payments
• Keeping accounting records, income, expenses, related with the activities of the rental department
• Participation in the development of budgets of the rental department and control of their implementation
• Maintenance of the register of rental contracts
• Monitoring of receivables of tenants
• Providing information to the legal department

Conditions:

• Ability to work in a hybrid schedule after passing the trial period term (3 months)
• Working hours from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00
