Control of display of primary documentation in accounting;Concurrence and execution of payments, work with the Client-bank;Control of cash discipline;Preparation of reconciliations according to documents with customers, suppliers and contractors;Participation in warehouse inventory and display of results in accounting;Warehouse accounting of goods (movement, reservation, etc.) Control of the cost of goods, services; Control of keeping records of employees' working hours and their display in the system (vacation, processing, transfers); Calculations of salaries, business trips, etc. operations;Keeping records of fixed assets;- Control over keeping personnel records (hiring, vacations, dismissals, personnel transfers, military records);
< /li>Analysis of the movement of funds (VAT) and forecast of VAT;Determination of "cash gaps" and possible ways of their diversification;Analysis of options, preparation of documentation and agreement with the financial an institution for attracting credit resources and other financial mechanisms (short-term loans, overdrafts);Checking and harmonizing figures, financial conditions in the company's Contracts;Participation in the preparation of general references for tender documentation; Support of tax audits;Control of office administrator, assistant accountant, warehouse.Requirements: p>
- Higher education (finance, economics, accounting and auditing);
- Experience as an accountant/financial manager from 3 years;
- Knowledge of construction accounting principles , services and wholesale trade (according to the areas of economic activity and product portfolio of the company);
- Experienced PC user (MS Office, UTP 1C 8.2 mandatory, bank client);
- Excellent knowledge of Ukrainian tax legislation and accounting standards, knowledge of civil and labor legislation;
- Knowledge of military accounting and personnel reservation standards;
- ability to set priorities and distribute responsibilities, control over their fulfillment;
- A serious, responsible, systematic and communicative person, ready to make decisions and bring them to the desired result.
