Accountant (Client-bank and accounting of fuel and lubricants) An international company is opening a competition to fill the vacancy of an accountant (Client-bank and accounting of fuel and lubricants).Our candidate is one of the key employees of the financial department. It does not just collect payments, but analyzes account balances, understands when it is better to buy currency and whether all the necessary documents are available. Understands the correctness of registration of primary documents and display of business transactions in accounting registers. Takes part in the closing of the period and helps in passing the annual audit. Important: we work in the SAP system, train and support. Functional position: BANK Collection and making payments to the client-bank (hryvnia, foreign currency) according to the agreed payment register (2 payment days); Correct distribution of the statement in SAP; Purchase and sale of currency, provision of all necessary documents in the bank; opening/closing of deposit accounts; Constant interaction with banks regarding current issues. PMMOAccounting of write-offs of fuel and lubricants; Accounting and write-offs of car maintenance materials, reconciliation of documents (leasing and renting from individuals); Checking the correctness of travel documents; Drawing up and accounting of rental contracts auto.
