Accountant (Client-Bank) in Elopak-Fastiv PJSC

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher economic/financial education. Work experience of 3 years or more at an enterprise with foreign exchange.
• Ability to work in SAP, 1C, MEDok, Excel programs.
• Experience of working with Client Banks (Citi, SEB, Aval, UkrSibbank ).  
• Current knowledge in full: IFRS; The impact of exchange rate changes; Instructions of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine on non-cash payments in national and foreign currency.
• Knowledge of the Tax Code of Ukraine within the framework of one's functional duties.
• Basic level of English.

• High level of responsibility, organization and punctuality.
• Analytical thinking and skills work with large amounts of information.
• Willingness to learn and use modern technologies.

 Area of ​​responsibility

• Ensures accounting of funds and settlements (in national and foreign currency) for all open bank accounts of the enterprise, keeps accounting of loans in foreign currency, makes all types of non-cash payments.
• Responsible for planning the movement of funds.
• Administration of the purchase and sale of foreign currency.
• Responsible for the timely submission of documents to the bank's currency control on receiving foreign currency funds from a non-resident.
• Responsible for drawing up and submitting annual, quarterly and monthly reports to regulatory authorities within the time limits prescribed by law.
• Responsible for reconciliation between group accounting and local accounting for funds, financial income, loans and dividends.
• Responsible for administration and uploading data to the Connexis system (Bank BNP Paribas)
• Ensures the preservation of processed documents, registers and reports for the period established by law terms.
