Self-ERP is a Ukrainian brand that specializes in the implementation of enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions for medium and large organizations, using all the capabilities and experience of the international Odoo platform. We develop solutions that strengthen our clients' positions on the market and contribute to development.

We have created Odoo-based localization for Accounting according to Ukrainian legislation and are looking for additions to our support team to provide the highest level of service to our product users. Main responsibilities:

• Receiving requests from customers created through established communication channels;

• Ensure proper processing of the request by setting priority, type of request, tags, etc. in accordance with established procedures;

• Analyze requests, try to solve the client's problem using available documentation and system knowledge;

• Ensure high-quality and prompt processing of requests, which corresponds to the established SLA;

• Participate in the analysis and identification of recurring issues;

• Take responsibility for the quality of processing requests to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Knowledge of international standards of financial reporting and formation of accounting methodology in the company

• Attention to details, orientation to the result, analytical and inquisitiveness ;

• Desire to learn, improve and develop;

• High level of time management and multi-tasking;

• The ability not to get confused and to keep calm in a critical situation;

• Ability to describe errors and set tasks for the developer;

• Good communication skills;

• The level of English (written and spoken) is not lower than Pre-Intermediate

It will be an advantage:

• Experience in supporting clients of ERP systems;

• Experience in 1C support or implementation;
• Knowledge of the Odoo platform - standard Odoo applications (Sales, Purchasing, Accounting, CRM, POS, Inventory, Production, etc.) and Odoo modules
