You will be responsible for accurate & efficient handling of the accounting operations of the client Responsibilities1. Transaction ProcessingACCOUNTS PAYABLEo Book Invoices & Credit Noteso Prepare Payment Run including adhoc payments & Bank Transfer confirmations o Allocate & Reconcile payments against supplier accounts o Reconcile Supplier Statement of Accounts & seek missing invoices if there are any discrepencies o Generate & send proof of payments to supplierso Minotor supplier ageing for timely payment as per payment terms BANK & TREASURYo Book Customer Receipts & update bank / cash depositso Reconcile Bank StatementsINVENTORY & WAREHOUSEo Record Goods Receipt & Match to Invoiceo Record store reciepts & issues o Record quantity & Value adjustments to inventory2. Financial Reportingo Provide daily reports & weekly reports for transactions o Prepare Monthly Cash Flow Forecasto Progress Reports on AP & Banking Activities o Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.o Generate ad-hoc reports as needed.3. Generalo Ensure adherence to documented operating procedures o Assist in internal and external audits.o Maintain documentation for audit trails.4. Client Communicationo Interact with clients to address inquiries and resolve issues.o Provide timely updates on transaction status.o Build strong client relationships.5.
