The Imperial Tobacco Ukraine team invites you to join us for the position of Non-current Assets Accountant.

Main responsibilities:

• personally draw up and check the correctness of the compilation of primary documentation by other employees and accountants;
• organize the timely reception and processing of documents from the accounting of fixed assets, low-value non-current material assets and intangible assets;
• organize the accounting of OZ, MNMA and intangible assets in SAP: create registers of fixed assets, timely display receipts, disposals and transfers OZ, MNMA and intangible assets on the basis of prepared and approved documents in accordance with the requirements of legislation and company procedures;
• prepare the necessary information and organize the inventory of OZ, MNMA and intangible assets;
• carry out depreciation on OZ, MNMA and intangible assets;
• prepare a complete package of documents for the sale of OZ, MNMA and intangible assets assets;
• prepare documents for the registration of insurance cases on OZ and display them in SAP;
• calculate and provide information on tax depreciation and residual value of OZ, MNMA and intangible assets for all types of accounting;
• prepare the necessary documents and calculations for tax reporting;
• maintain a register of received and issued tax invoices.
