Job description
We are looking for an accountant who is really interested in accounting, order in numbers and clear communication with clients. In this role, you will keep accounting records and help manage the rental income of our clients: control payments, prepare reports and calculations, accompany rent increases and utility charges.
Your tasks
Keeping records in the accounting system (creditors/debtors, bank, regular payments)
Control of receipts, reminders to debtors (Mahnungen), working with arrears
Preparation of financial reports (especially for the auditor/management)
Preparation of annual calculations for tenants (Nebenkostenabrechnungen)
Documentation and support of rent increases (Mieterhohungen)
Calculations/verification of utilities and related issues with tenants
What is important to us
Professional education in accounting/finance
From 2 years of experience as an accountant
Analytical thinking and attention to detail
Commercial thinking and result orientation
Ability to communicate clearly in writing and orally, customer orientation
Independence, responsibility, ability to work within deadlines
English or Russian is used in work; German will be an advantage, but it is not mandatory.
Confident use of Google Workspace and office programs (Word, Excel)
Will be an advantage
Availability of an open FOP (group 3)
