Your area of ​​responsibility will include:

• Keeping records of settlements with accountable persons. Control over the correct execution of orders and primary accounting documents regarding representative expenses, travel expenses and other business needs, ensuring the display of information in SA R systems based on Concur
• Control of payables and receivables on the account "Settlements with accountable persons »
• Control of the timeliness of submitting reports on cash and non-cash funds used in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian tax legislation and JSOX control
• Reporting (closing of the reporting month according to the established schedule; preparation of a consolidated report on expenses that are subject to taxation and information regarding the calculation of wages during business trips; reporting on gifts, fuel, purchases of tobacco products, etc.)
• Work with primary documents, advance reports
• Provide instructions and consultations to company employees regarding the choice of the type of calculation, the procedure for reporting and taxation of expenses in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation
• To interact with all employees of the company on matters of travel expenses, representative purposes and other business needs
• Preparation and analysis of the expenses of accountable persons in terms of departments, expense items, as well as providing recommendations to management on improving processes and minimizing tax risks
• Cooperation with the state tax service authorities on the process of accounting for expenses and settlements with accountable persons

• Participation in tax and audit audits
• Provide support in matters of remuneration (calculation of advances, wages, accounting of accruals (hospital, vacation, compensation, bonuses, gifts, insurance, meals, alimony, dismissal, etc.), preparation and submission of reports on the calculation of wages to supervisory bodies, counseling of employees on the calculation and payment of wages, preparation of certificates on demand)

Who are we looking for? As a professional, you have:

• Higher education (Accounting and auditing / Finance / Economics)
• From 2 years of work experience in the direction of accounting of settlements with accountable persons / practical experience in payroll and process management with more than 100 employees (in priority we will consider candidates from international or systemic local companies)
• Knowledge of legislation, understanding of payroll methods and necessary document flow
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Ukrainian accounting system and the Tax Code of Ukraine
• The level of English is preferably Intermediate, Ukrainian is fluent
• Confident experience with MS Office, knowledge of SAP, M . E. Doc , Concur , IS - Pro - will be an advantage
• Good analytical, organizational and communication skills
