Accountant / Accounts Payable Accountant

Your area of responsibility will include:

• Accounting settlements with accountable persons. Control over the correct execution of orders and primary accounting documents regarding representative expenses, travel expenses, and other business needs, ensuring the display of information in Concur-based SAR systems font-style: normal">Control of the timeliness of reports on used cash and non-cash funds in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian tax legislation and JSOX control

• Closing of the reporting month according to the established schedule; reporting on gifts, fuel, purchases of tobacco products, etc. 

company employees on matters of travel expenses, representative purposes and other business needs

• Preparation and analysis of the expenses of accountable persons in terms of departments, expense items, as well as providing recommendations to management on improving processes and minimizing tax risks

• Participation in tax and audits

Necessary experience, skills and abilities:

• Higher education (Accounting and auditing / Finance / Economics)

• 1-2 years of practical work experience in accounting for accounts payable. Knowledge of the legislation in terms of accounting for settlements with accountable persons. Deep knowledge and understanding of the Ukrainian accounting system and the Tax Code of Ukraine. 

knowledge of SAP, Concur - will be an advantage

• Good analytical, organizational and communication skills
