Accountant in Smart Solutions

An international agricultural company invites an Accountant to join its company. Requirements: Higher professional education (finance, accounting, economics) Experience in accounting for the activities of legal entities; Experience in preparing and compiling VAT reports, maintaining VAT records; Experience with 1C UTP, SAP Business One (as an advantage), Excel, Medoc, etc.; Fluency in Ukrainian, English at the Intermediate level. Willingness to work overtime during periods of closing financial statements. Responsibilities: Keeping VAT records, drawing up invoices and acts of services rendered with non-residents on the export and import of services; keeping records of the import and export of services; Control of the timeliness of settlements with non-residents in foreign currency; Work with primary documents and contracts, communication with counterparties; Control of receivables and payables, organization of the processes of drawing up and signing acts of reconciliation with counterparties; Participation in the process of closing the reporting period in the established terms; Preparation of information for audit requests, participation in the process of passing the audit by the company; Participation in company projects; Execution of other assignments of the chief accountant.
