Scania Ukraine company announces a vacancy for an accountant at the Kyiv branch

Responsibilities for positions:

• maintenance of accounting and tax accounting of the off-balance sheet branch of the enterprise (maintenance and repair of truck equipment)
• processing of bank statements,
• mutual settlements with buyers, accounting of operations for the sale of goods, services and works, preparation and registration of tax invoices and calculations of adjustments to them
• mutual settlements with suppliers, accounting of enterprise expenses, verification/control of tax credit
• control of receivables and payables
• carrying out transactions for posting, moving between warehouses, write-off of TMC
• conducting annual inventory of TMC (spare parts for truck equipment)
• compliance with internal orders, rules and standards of the Company

Requirements:

• higher financial and accounting or economic education
• 3 years of experience as an accountant in a foreign company
• knowledge of national accounting standards, tax accounting and international financial reporting standards
• preferably work experience with MCFO/IFRS
• advanced user of MEDOC, confident mastery of the client bank system, experience with dual-standard accounting programs (SCALA, SAP)
• excellent PC skills, incl. MS Office programs (Excel, Word)
• average level of knowledge of the English language (financial and accounting subjects)
