• Master’s degree or equivalent in accounting or finance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Polish accounting.
• Knowledge of tax requirement for Poland.
• Fluency in English both verbal and written.
• Target & detail-oriented, self-starter, motivated to deliver impact and value for the organization.
• Good skills of working with MS Office.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Ability to adapt to evolving international accounting standards and propose innovative solutions to complex accounting topics.
• Good communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Considered as an advantage

• Experience in project finance implementation
• Experience with Microsoft D365 Dynamics
• Good knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS)
