This consent applies to the following information (including, but not limited to): Surname, first name, patronymic; Date of birth; citizenship; registration address and/or residential address; phone numbers and email address; received education (primary, additional); information about work experience/long-term experience; information about acquired skills; information about marital status; cover letters, recommendations; application forms, test results; resume (CV), autobiography; photo; information about participation in public, volunteer organizations, entrepreneurial and non-commercial activities and other data for assessing a possible conflict of interests; information about social networks; other data that may be required by the current legislation of Ukraine, the policies of KPMG in Ukraine or are necessary for the realization of the purpose, or any other information available or known at any specific moment of time by KPMG in Ukraine (hereinafter - "Personal Data").
