Accountant in IT Specialist

Tasks that will be performed: - Taking statements from all banks and companies - Issuing deposits, tranches (OTP Bank, Agroprosperis Bank), monitoring deadlines and payment %% for them; - Preparation and control of terms %% by y/y and free funds (Oschadbank, Agroprosperis) by company; - Submission of quarterly documents for the report to the Fund; - Payment of invoices, payment information, control of payment instructions; - Ordering certificates, statements from banks; - Making accounts and statements in 1C for all companies; - Updating questionnaires and/or updating financial monitoring data at the request of banks; - Preparation, verification (according to requirements) of documentation, letters, certificates for import operations in foreign currency; - Control of SWIFT details, control requirements of the currency control department; - Control of receipts of export operations in foreign currency: - The equivalent of more than 400 thousand hryvnias. one-time receipt – urgent provision of supporting documents for currency supervision within the current month (otherwise this information is transferred to the NBU, SFS); - The equivalent of less than 400,000 hryvnias - submission of all documents to the bank (not urgent) - but we take into account the total amount of the contract in order to be based on the possible terms of its closing by the foreign exchange department. Expectations from the candidate: - work experience in a similar position of 2 years or more; - higher education (accounting, economics, finance, audit);-Experienced user of MS Office, Excel, 1C package;-Knowledge of accounting, personnel and tax legislation of Ukraine;-Mathematical and analytical thinking, ability to learn quickly, ability to meet deadlines, attention to details , focus on quality results, stress resistance. year and paid sick leave; - all necessary equipment for work; - friendly team and open management; - training and mentoring; - opportunities for development, both personal and professional!
