Zoot’s clients benefit from unrivalled reliability via a highly scalable private cloud-based service that processes billions of real-time decisions annually.Over the past 15 years, Zoot has achieved remarkable growth in Europe, establishing offices across Switzerland, Germany, the United Kingdom, and Ukraine, while building a team of over 60 exceptionally talented individuals.Responsibilities• Manage Ukrainian PE and United Kingdom bookkeeping and accounting responsibilities and provide support for our other offices• Managing accounting services for Private Entrepreneurs in accordance with Ukrainian legislation: tax declaration preparation, documentation flow management, operational support and banking assistance• Maintain accurate UK financial records by creating and updating spreadsheets for various financial activities, including utilizing accounting software• Execute UK processes, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets and bank transactions• Supporting the UK invoicing process: review data and prepare invoices; ensure accuracy and timely execution; handle client queries• Collaborate with relevant personnel to process expenses• Process supplier invoices, managing approvals, due dates, and payments. Maintain reports for efficient supplier management• Assist in the preparation of UK financial reports and analysis for decision-making purposes and support during the annual accounts’ preparation process• Communicate effectively with the team and professional advisorsProfile• Degree/certification in finance, accounting, or related field, with an accounting qualification preferred• Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and reporting requirements• Excellent attention to detail• Familiarity with accounting software preferably that aligns with UK regulations• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software, ideally Xero, QuickBooks, DATEV (Germany)• Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal• Ability to occasionally travel to our offices in UK and Germany, as well as other locationsZoot Offers• Competitive salary and a high-quality working environment• Know-how, professionalism, and an international, market-leading reputation• Interesting and challenging international clients and projects• Highly motivated, highly qualified team of friendly colleagues• Flexible working schedule• Financial support for relevant certifications and professional events
