Laflei is a conglomerate of companies specializing in Luxury rentals, primarily focusing on cars, jetsurfs, and motorbikes among other services. Additionally, we deliver innovative Software solutions tailored for efficient rental process management — TopRentApp .

Due to the company’s rapid growth, we are looking for an Accountant with the following competencies:

Key competencies and attributes that define a successful candidate:

• At least 2 year of experience in accounting
• English B1
• Familiarity with Italian would be beneficial
• Knowledge of tax legislation and accounting methodology
• Proficient skills in using MS Office, Google Calendar, Trello
• Proficient skills in using accounting systems
• Understanding of primary document requirements
• Experience in the service sector and working with a VAT payer is an advantage
• Willingness to work in a team and great interpersonal skills
• Advanced time management skills
• Eagerness to learn

How you’ll be contributing:

• Client-bank operations (payment processing)
• Generating primary documents for customers (invoices, expense reports)
• Processing incoming documents from suppliers
• Generating cash documents
• Monitoring the availability of original documents from suppliers and customers
• Carrying out instructions from an accountant

Languages:
