As part of the company’s expansion in Moldova, we are looking for a professional to join our team. What You'll Do Ensuring accurate, timely and appropriate recording, reporting and analysis of primary accounting documents and financial information; Payroll data preparation; Close cooperation with payroll vendors; Running invoices and monthly statements; Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices; Assisting and supporting in statutory audit and tax control; Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures; Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off; Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations; Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc); Communication and Reporting on a regular basis. Job Requirements Upper-Intermediate level of Romanian and Russian, English A2; Ability to use Excel and the Microsoft Office Pack; Experience working in IT companies will be a plus;10+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting fields; Familiarity with labor laws; Accounting, National and Local fiscal law knowledge; High level of self-organization and time management skills.
