Job Description:

• Record day-to-day income transactions from the provision of services in the accounting systems
• Prepare primary documents for customers (acts of acceptance and tax invoices)
• Analysis and control of receivables
• Customers’ document flow (electronic and hard) control
• Manage payments in national and foreign currency in the client-bank system
• Monitor bank statements (income and outcome)
• Prepare the acts of reconciliation with vendors and manage the reconciliation process
• Calculate payroll (up to 15 employees)
• Take part in the month‑closing and year‑closing processes
• Work closely with procurement, operations, finance and other teams
• Prepare and provide relevant information at the request of the manager

Requirements:

• You’re an accounting and tax professional with 4+ years hands-on experience in an accounting position
• Work experience in medium or large companies would be an advantage
• Intermediate level English (minimum)
• The ability to work both in a team and autonomously
• You have experience with programs and systems like Medoc, BAS (BAF), Vchasno, MS Office, LIGA
• Experience with Oracle (or SAP) would be a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding time management skills and a passion for accounting
