Bookkeeper job duties include working closely with our sales and executive team tocreate Invoices, process accounts payable and receivable, maintain inventory and recurrent transactions schedule. Responsibilities: Record day today financial transactions and complete the posting process Verify that transactions are recorded inthe correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger Bring the books tothe trial balance stage Perform partial checks ofthe posting process Manage inventory process and day today flow Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements Process accounts receivable/payable Skills: Minimum 5years experience inbookkeeping. Experience inworking forUS orEurope based company High level ofproficiency with QuickBooks, Excel and other office technologies. High level ofattention todetail. Ability towork independently and with all levels.
