Main duties
- Processing and checking of primary documentation: invoices, acts, invoices, contracts, applications.
- Maintenance registers of documents and control of the correctness of details.
- Formation and updating of documents in the ERP system (Odoo / BAS / 1С).
- Reconciliation with counterparties, control of debts.
- Preparation of internal reports for management (tables, registers, summaries).
- Interaction with sales managers, logisticians, purchases and production.
- Maintaining order in electronic archives (Google Drive).
- Participation in internal accounting processes: movement of goods, warehouse operations, production documents.
Requirements for the candidate
Professional skills
- Experience as an accountant for 2 years or more (production is an advantage).
- Knowledge of accounting and tax accounting at the level of work with a primary.
- Experience of working with ERP/accounting systems: 1C / BAS / Odoo (Odoo is a big plus).
- Ability to form, check and systematize primary documents.
- Skills in working with document registers and reconciliations with counterparties.
- Understanding processes: procurement, sales, warehouse, logistics, production.
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets: filters, formulas, pivot tables.
- Competent written communication and attention to details.
Personal qualities
- High attention to detail and responsibility.
- Structure in working with documents and data.
- Ability to work according to regulations and adhere to deadlines.
- Resistance to routine tasks and a large amount of information.
- Willingness to quickly learn new tools (especially Odoo).
Technical requirements
- A confident user of a PC, Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets.
- Experience with accounting programs (BAS/1С/SAP/Odoo).
- Understanding ERP logic: document cards, statuses, workflow, attachments.
- Ability to work with electronic archives (Google Drive / SharePoint / DMS).
- Basic understanding of data structure: goods, partners, contracts, orders, invoices, acts.
Desirable (but not required)
- Experience in a manufacturing company.
- Knowledge of Odoo modules: Accounting, Purchase, Inventory, Sales.
- Experience in reconciliations with counterparties.
- Understanding inventory accounting, costing, production operations.
- Skills in preparing internal management reports.
