Accountant in Samsung R&D Institute Ukraine

Required skills:

• 5 years of proven experience in an Account position (preferred international company)
• Higher education in account or economics
• Experience in working with massive of data, clear adherence to deadlines
• English upper-intermediate
• Good written and interpersonal skills

Responsibility:

? VAT:

• posting of VAT credit/liabilities in SAP;
• checking incoming VAT bills and issuing outgoing VAT bills in M.E.Doc;
• preparation of monthly VAT returns.

? Private Entrepreneurs:

• monthly review of PE remuneration calculation;
• checking of PE documents — acts, annexes, contracts;
• posting of PE acts in SAP.

? Vendor Registration:

• internal vendor registration system management (committee schedule, reminders, criteria/category updates if necessary);
• checking vendor registration requests;
• annual self-audit.

? Write-off of fuel for company car.
