Main duties: Control of the correctness of the registration and display of documents in the system, Ensuring document circulation (control over the availability of invoices, acts, reconciliation acts), Maintaining the archive of documentation and registers to them ,Preparation and printing of Acts of putting into operation OZ (main assets) and Acts for write-off of OZ. Carrying out inventory, including registration of inventory numbers, Forming Acts of reconciliation of mutual settlements with Buyers and Suppliers, Conducting primary documents, working at the request of auditors, Mutual settlements with accountable persons, fuel reports, Participation in the preparation of accounting and tax reports, Execution of other tasks of the chief accountant. What we expect: Professional education (finance, accounting and auditing, economics), Work experience - from 2 years, Responsibility and self-organization, ability and desire to learn, attentiveness, analytical mindset, Work with large volumes of information and documents, Knowledge of MS Office ( MS Word, Excel), Medoc, work experience in SAP will be an advantage, English is a basic level.
