The Caritas International Charitable Fund of Ukraine is looking for an Accountability Manager to join its team. 400">

  • Ensuring the availability and functioning of feedback and accountability mechanisms with the support of the program manager/project managers and MEAL manager.
  • Participation in the preparation and implementation of projects and programs.
  • Analysis of feedback and accountability data to provide the necessary data, conclusions and recommendations for reports to partners and local partner organizations.
  • Communication with partners and participation in the development of standard operating procedures and methodologies for the establishment and proper functioning of the feedback and accountability system.
  • Systematization and implementation of operational procedures for handling appeals, providing feedback and accountability at the national and local levels.
  • Preparation of periodic reports on accountability for program projects.
  • Control of the functioning of the accountability system and feedback mechanisms.
  • Conducting periodic measures to study errors and improve programmatic and operational principles.
  • Organizing and conducting educational sessions, trainings for Caritas network employees with the aim of increasing awareness of accountability and humanitarian principles.
  • Performing, as necessary, monitoring visits to project implementation locations in order to assess the operational capacity and proper functioning of the accountability system in local organizations.
  • Preparation and presentation of the results of the accountability system to partners.
  • Providing partners with the necessary tools to ensure the functionality of their appeals system.
  • Analysis and adaptation of new materials, tools, mechanisms to improve the accountability system.
  • Administration, development and improvement of the implemented appeals accounting system.
  • Training and professional support of local operators and administrators (educational, informational and update meetings, analysis of the quality of information and entering data into the application accounting system, assistance in reporting).
  • Requirements:

    • Full higher education.
    • Experience work with call centers/hotlines (coordination of operators, work with CRM systems).
    • Experience of working in humanitarian organizations in positions related to information/communication with communities or work with appeals from citizens or in positions related to monitoring, assessment and accountability to the affected population.
    • Experience of working in Caritas of Ukraine or in the Caritas network in related positions with AAR - desirable.
    • Knowledge of humanitarian principles and their observance in work.
    • General knowledge of project and program cycles, in the fields of sociology, social work.
    • Ability to work in computer programsdata processing and visualization.
    • Ability to work with databases, monitoring systems of project indicators.
    • Knowledge of adult education methods.
    • Fluent Ukrainian, English – at a level for the ability to communicate and correspond with partners.

    • Flexibility and the ability to quickly respond to changes in the environment.
