We are actively developing the product Expirenza and we are looking for an Account / Support Manager who will be a key link between B2B customers and the product team, helping partners to effectively use the service and get maximum value!

About you:

- Ability to communicate clearly and understandably with customers
- Orientation on customer service and problem solving
Working with the CRM system and programs:
- Fluency in the Ukrainian language

- Responsibility, attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team

We trust you:

- Supporting existing customers after connecting to the service
- Consulting customers regarding functionality Expirenza (connection of additional services, support)
- Processing of customer requests in chats, messengers and by phone
- Help in solving technical and operational issues (in cooperation with the technical team)
- Monitoring the correct operation of the service at customers
- Collecting feedback and communicating it to the product team
- Maintaining long-term relationships with customers
- Working with CRM and fixing customer inquiries/requests

We will additionally appreciate:

- Experience in HoReCa or foodtech
- Experience in support / account / customer success
