Account Specialist in Alpha Mail Media

As an Account Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our marketing initiatives. You will oversee projects and campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring that our clients' needs are met and that deliverables are of the highest quality. Your responsibilities will include:

Project Oversight: Lead and manage projects/campaigns, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, sales, and data entry, to ensure seamless execution.

Strategic Planning: Develop and assist in creating and executing strategic plans and objectives for each project or campaign. Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends, client feedback, and industry best practices.

Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure that all deliverables for our clients meet the highest standards of excellence. Address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively to maintain client satisfaction.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of projects/campaigns, using data and metrics to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement. Prepare and present reports to clients and CEO to track progress.

Client Management: This individual will act as a secondary layer to assist the primary point of contact in onboarding and campaign execution. They will coordinate with clients as necessary and in accordance with instructions from the direct point of contact. Understanding client goals, requirements, and expectations to ensure satisfaction and retention remains a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications:

Proven at least 4 years work experience in project or campaign management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with clients and team members.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

A basic understanding of technology is required and low-code experience is a huge plus

Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Experience in influencer marketing or KOL management, preferably in the Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency sectors is required

An understanding of the Web3 space is required
