Account/Project manager (HoReCa and BTL directions) in Adsapience

We are currently looking for anAccount/Project manager (HoReCa and BTL directions) to join our team. strong>

It is important for us:

• Have experience in the position of AM/PM from the 1st yearin advertising agencies ;
• Be able to prepare calculations, presentations, reports, formation of information, budgets;
• Have experience in forming KPIs and organizing the work of personnel: promoters, hosts, secret shoppers, technicians, models, supervisors, etc. in various types of projects - events, promos, festivals, etc.;
< li style="font-weight: 400">Have experience with authorization (conference halls, non-standard locations (parks, city locations);
• Know the personnel market: be able to select and coordinate field personnel, manage projects.

What will you do?

< li style="font-weight: 400">Communication with the client, staff, contractors;
• Setting tasks (for supervisors, consultants, contractors);
• Preparation of budgets, presentations, reports;
• Document flow control;
• Control of logistics and project materials;
• Complex management of the project (from taking the brief to its implementation), processing requests from the client.
