Account-, Project Manager in Rescue Now

"We-are-on-the-same-page" manager, find yourself! The Rescue Now charity is looking for a Donor Relations Lead. You will keep your finger on the pulse of all matters of interaction - reporting, small and large updates, presentations of results and clarification of expectations. If project coordination is your middle name, and communication with you makes you want to purr, send your resume! What to do: Interact with the donors of the charity project; Monitor compliance with its duration, terms and conditions; Identify and prevent delays in project implementation; Determine risks and make decisions to minimize them; Communicate and interact with all project participants, organize their joint work; Report; Work with documentation - create complete and understandable documents for colleagues, management (regulations, methods, templates, forms), including documenting project results; Participate in the improvement of internal project management processes. We are looking for a person with: Experience as an Account Manager / Project Manager (2+ years) ;Ability to work with documentation, figures and tables;Systems thinking;Proficiency in English at the upper-intermediate level or higher;Attention to details, so you will start your response to the vacancy with the words "Project Manager";Ability to use CRM systems and Google package, task tracker.
