Account, project manager in Weblium

Weblium is a SaaS platform, a site builder, on which any user can assemble a site from blocks. Weblium Studio is a design studio that creates sites for clients based on the Weblium site builder. After the completion of the project, the client receives not only a ready and beautiful site, but also the opportunity to independently make adjustments and fill it without outside help. We are looking for a system and active manager with the responsibilities of an account manager to join our team, who will be responsible for the work of the Studio and the creation process sites to clients and their support. It is important for us: Understanding the basics and basic principles of web design; Experience with CRM and Project Trekking systems; English Upper-Intermediate: both writing and speaking; Ability to keep everything in focus; Systematic approach during execution tasks; Team management experience; Quickly adapt to changes in the situation; Ability to listen to the client and identify his main need. Will be a plus: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS; Experience with site builders (weblium, wix, tilda, squarespace, etc.); Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Figma editors. What you will do: Work with new Users who have filled out a brief for creating websites in Weblium Studio; Collect and provide all the necessary information to the designers of our Weblium Studio so that they can quickly build a Website for the client; Provide the received ready solution for the Client. Manage iterations of changes to the Site; Lead existing Clients - resolve issues that arise, carry out upsells when possible; Engage in personnel selection, onboarding of new employees; Maintain reporting of the Studio department.
