Ensure the maximum sales coverage of the assigned area/customer platform performing the targeted number of sales calls.To propose, manage and execute the target account program established in conjunction with the Sales Manager. Pro-actively search, qualify, develop and engage into new customer relationships.Business DevelopmentMaintaining relationships with existing customers and creating connections with new forwarders/shippers.Drive own portfolio of assigned customers and targets by securing new business based on identified customer's needs.Improve Results Maintain direction, quantity, and quality of their sales activity.Regularly review individual performance vs targets and agree corrective actions with the Sales ManagerClosely liaise with inside sales and customer service department to guarantee high controlled and followed-up service quality to customers.Cross Functional CollaborationEffectively handover to Customer Service, Operations, Finance etc. for terms and conditions agreed with customers in their contracts. Actively engage Customer Service into the customer relationship to ensure customers know relevant contact points in case of service failures.Customer SatisfactionSeek to continuously improve customer satisfaction. Own the overall customer relationship for existing customers, as well as potential new customers.ComplianceHave full knowledge of all documented procedures relevant to their role and compliance with SOX.Requirements:Minimum 5 Years' Experience in a sales function in the shipping industryConflict Management Skill, Self-starter, self-motivator, comfortable with high level of autonomy, while also being a team player.Effective negotiation and presentation skillsSignificant experience in sales & business development. Knowledge of shipping industry with reefer market experience. Fully proficient in English, Ukrainian is a must.Fully proficient in MS Office Excel/Word/PowerPoint. Good experience in using relevant IT office applications.Experience with CRM package.
