TALANTY by Formatsia is an HR agency cooperating with leading production companies of Ukraine. We are inviting an Accountant for our client - Yakobs Dow Egberts Ukraine LLC, an international company and one of the leaders in the food products market.

This is a key position in the production process that combines warehouse accounting, material flow control and work with the company's internal systems. The role involves high responsibility, accuracy and systematic work.

Financial conditions and guarantees:

• Salary from UAH 25,000 (the actual level of income depends on experience and results jobs);

Work schedule:

• Variable schedule: 08:00-20:00 or 08:00-18:30 or 08:00-16:30

 Main responsibilities:

• Provision of production with raw materials and materials;
• Issue of orders, acceptance and return of balances to the warehouse;
• Keeping records of the movement of materials in SAP, control of balances;
• Issue of invoices, write-off and primary documentation;
• Control of the quantity and quality of goods;
• Printing and checking of pallet labels (PointX);
• Organization of accounting and shipment of production waste;
• Observance of safety, quality and document management standards.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment would be an advantage;
• Understanding of accounting principles;
• Experience with accounting systems or willingness to learn quickly;
• Attention to details and systematization;
• Ability to work with a large volume of information;
• Ability to interact with various departments.
