Professional and personal Competencies: -Experience of working in companies that provide clients with IT products that automate business processes from 2 years; -Experience of working with Enterprise level clients; -Professional work experience in the field of customer support; -Upper-intermediate English;- Excellent presentation skills; - Ability to conduct negotiations and build long-term relationships; - Proactivity, focus on results; - High level of self-organization and ability to work in a team; - Stress resistance and the ability to find an approach to different people; - Ability to master new products, thirst for new knowledge .Main tasks:-Supporting existing clients on the FMCG market (international and large local companies);-Maintaining close communication with clients — building trusting relationships and love-strategy;-Conducting negotiations and presentations with the top management of client companies;-Personal and online- meetings with clients; - Expanding the scope of cooperation with clients, selling additional services — upsale; - Coordination of commercial issues with clients (cost review, etc.); - Extension of contracts; - Understanding of the product, expertise in client processes that we automate; - Acceptance and organization of solving tasks and requests from clients in other roles within the company; - Business trips around Ukraine and abroad as needed; - Control of the volume of service use by clients, communication when exceeded; - Monitoring of improvements and bugs for clients; - Control of accounts receivable- Management of client expectations.
