Remuneration 💵

How do we remunerate?

Remuneration consists of 3 elements:

• Remuneration basic
• Remuneration for additional activities - e.g. presentations at conferences or webinars, customer acquisition
• Bonus from the company's profit

What do we require? ✅

Must-haves for us are:

• High communication skills
• Minimum one year of experience in a similar position
• Good knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
• Very good knowledge of English (we conduct foreign projects)
• Knowledge of Google Analytics 4
• Intermediate-advanced knowledge of SEO
• Self-discipline and good work organization
• Independence in making decisions
• Ability to think analytically
• Responsibility and ownership

What would be appreciated? 🤩

• Experience in handling ppc campaigns
• Experience in selling seo and sem services < /li>
• Experience in creating case studies of SEO and SEM campaigns
• Experience in conducting SEO and SEM training (both internal and for clients)
• Experience in measuring the level of satisfaction customer satisfaction - NPS
• Knowledge of SEO tools (Senuto, Ahrefs, Surfer SEO)
• Knowledge of the Looker (Data) Studio tool allowing the creation of SEO and SEM campaign reports
• Knowledge of the Google Tag Manager tool allowing for inserting marketing tool codes and creating tags to create conversion events
• TOP 5 CliftonStrengths test result (Gallup talents) confirming relational and influence talents
