Hey, Eddy LMS is a Ukrainian educational startup designed to facilitate and modernize the educational process.
We have created a full-fledged educational ecosystem with over a hundred different functions for teachers, students and parents. Our team digitizes and brings everything related to learning online. Hundreds of educational institutions across the country are already using our product and their number is constantly increasing - so we are also expanding.
We are currently looking for an ambitious account manager to join the distribution team.
< br/>Main responsibilities:
- Formation of commercial offers to clients (PowerPoint, Figma).
- Outgoing inquiries - sending commercial offer and receiving feedback, sending contracts.
- Incoming inquiries - answering customer questions and consulting about the company's products and services.
- Making phone calls to potential customers and actively promoting the company's products and services.
- Accounting of projects and relevance, completeness of their statuses.
- Control of project deadlines.
- Communication with clients by phone, maintaining relationships, resolving conflict situations.
< br/>Requirements:
- Experience in b2b sales and procurement experience will be a plus.
- Technical background or systems thinking.
- Willingness to learn quickly and constantly improve my skills.
- High level of communication and ability to work with clients.
- Basic skills of working with Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Figma.
- Fluent and competent command of the Ukrainian language.
- Availability of a laptop and willingness to use it for work.
