One of our products — is looking for an proactive, result-oriented Account Manager (PSP)

Swapple offers a suite of services tailored for exchanges, crypto wallets, merchants, DApps, IGaming, and Web3 startups seeking seamless and secure crypto transactions.

The main aim of the role is to integrate payment systems effectively, increase the number of payment system partners, maintain the growth plan on markets.

What we expect from you:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience integrating payment systems in high-risk industries — forex, gambling, crypto or fintech in Asia and Latam market
  • Deep understanding of the principles of various payment systems and integration methods
  • Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on statistics and research.
  • Understanding the legal process of compliance
  • Regular attendance at specialised conferences
  • Activity, sociability, readiness to work with large volumes of data
  • English: Upper — Intermediate (B2)

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting market research to identify the most suitable payment providers, ОТС desks.
  • Establishing and maintaining long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with payment partners.
  • Ensuring a high level of service and fulfillment of obligations by partners.
  • Interacting with payment partners on matters of integration and payment solution optimization.
  • Regular communication with partners and onboarding of company products and initiatives.
  • Analyzing the effectiveness of current payment solutions and processes.
  • Conducting research to improve payment conversion rates.
  • Optimizing payment processes to enhance customer satisfaction and increase conversion rates.
  • Ensuring prompt resolution of any issues or questions that arise.
  • Maintaining complete and accurate documentation of work with payment partners.
  • Preparing reports and statistics for managers on key performance indicators.
  • Analyzing and providing recommendations based on the collected data.
