You will work closely with clients, the recruiting team, and HR to meet client needs and deliver exceptional service. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.Responsibilities:Participate in the final interviews with clients and potential talent to ensure alignment with company standards and client expectationsFacilitate the onboarding process in cooperation with recruiting for new employees, ensuring they are well-integrated into their roles and familiar with company policies and procedures.Regularly check in with client employees to ensure they are satisfied with their job roles and working conditions.Address any issues or concerns raised by employees promptly and effectively to maintain a positive work environment.Serve as a communication bridge between employees and Lead Account Manager, ensuring clear and consistent information flow.Maintain regular communication with Lead Account Manager and Director of Account Management to understand clients needs and expectations, and relay relevant information to employees.Schedule and conduct regular one-on-one meetings with employees to discuss their performance, career development, and any concerns they may have.Gather feedback from employees during these meetings and by sending regular survey and use it to improve overall job satisfaction and performance.Track and report on employee performance and satisfaction metrics to Lead Account Manager and/or Director of Account Management.Maintain and update records of employees and clients in the company database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and ensure client satisfaction.Ensure all documentation related to employee and client interactions is properly recorded and stored.Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or higher-level staffing solutions to existing clients.Identify and escalate any significant issues or concerns to the appropriate higher-level management or departments for further resolution.Ensure the timely and accurate processing of payroll every month, coordinating with the operations and finance teams to resolve any payroll-related issues.Work week schedule: Monday-Friday 40 hours per week in the afternoonWe offer:A supportive teamPE AccountingCompetitive Salary in USDOffice or Remote mode of work15+ business days of paid time offTeam building and corporate eventsEquipment providedFragrant coffee from the barista in the officeJob requirements:Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an outstaffing or staffing industry would be a plus.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients, candidates, and internal teams.Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing client needs.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in paperwork and documentation.Familiarity with performance management processes and providing constructive feedback.Proficient in using productivity tools such as Airtable, CRM software, and MS Office Suite.A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.Fluent in English with advanced language skills.Available to work 40-hour work schedule with a possibility to start work after noon.
