Account Manager/Project Manager in PRO.people Recruitment Agency

International Digital holding, engaged in the development of world-famous brands (representation of products in90+ countries) seeking an ambitious Account Manager.  400"> by the product, which is available on all platforms. none">Main tasks:

• Communication with internal service teams and the client’s team on operational issues, setting and monitoring the execution of tasks;
• Conducting regular status meetings and collecting wishes from the client for further transmission to the responsible teams;
• Monitoring the product and payment methods, identifying problems and formulating proposals for improvement;
• Creating and maintaining a local calendar of events;
• Supporting SMM and PR teams in content verification, preparing technical tasks for external teams regarding product updates;
• Participating in team building and managing the work of local QA specialists, coordinating their tasks;
• Preparing analytical reviews of the competitive environment, the market and optimization proposals product.

You are our ideal candidate if:

• You have 2+ years of experience working as an Account Manager or Project Manager in a dynamic environment;

• You have successful experience in managing complex projects, ensuring their timely execution and high quality results;

• You have developed communication, organizational and leadership skills and experience of effective interaction with cross-functional teams;

• Have a B1+ level of English.

An additional advantage will be:

• Experience in managing digital products using flexible methodologies (Agile);

• Proficiency in Spanish at a basic or higher level, which will be a plus in international projects.
