Account manager/Project manager in Icecat

We are looking for an Account manager/PM to help us carry on our customers and lead the upcoming projects. Please come join us if you are feeling passionate about problem-solving and are a customer-oriented person.

Our team:

We have an international team. The members of our team are located in Europe, Ukraine, Armenia, Georgia, and Turkey. 

You will be communicating with several developers teams, PMs team, Content management department, and Sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Manage the current projects;
• Coordinate project teams, manage workload, and allocate resources between project teams;
• Take ownership of the project to drive problems to resolution;
• Define priorities and make things be completed on time;
• Proactively communicate project status, issues, and risks to Stakeholders;
• Prepare project reports, develop and maintain project documentation;
• Create project timelines and roadmaps.

Skills / Experience Requirements:

• 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in taking a key role as an Account Manager;
• Strong MS Office (specifically Excel/sheets) skills;
• Working in an international environment;
• Experience with Jira and Confluence is appreciated;
• Experience in creating technical documentation and requirements;
• Strong communication skills;
• Ability to build consensus in an environment of conflicting interests and ensure execution of agreed initiatives — always focused on result;
• Planning & delivery skills;
• High self-motivation and ability to motivate others;
• Analytical, problem solving and critical-thinking skills;
• Upper-intermediate+ English level verbal and written.

Would be an advantage if you have:

• Experience working on E-commerce projects;
• Understanding of web technologies, and ability to explain basic things like what is script, cron, API, etc is appreciated.
