Account manager, Project manager in Lumiere Production

Hello! We are AdShot Creative, a full-cycle creative agency, specializing in: production, creative, digital, and we have the largest shooting studio in Ukraine. Celebrating 15 this year, the perfect age for new ambitious goals, we entered the top 10 advertising agencies in 2023 and are rapidly expanding the team.

We are currently looking for a Junior/Middle/Senior Account Manager.

And it would be cool if this life became our joint path to all possible successes. How do you like it? But first, to the point. What do we expect from you?

• preferred work experience from 1 year ( in an advertising, creative, marketing agency, or another relevant field). and bring everything to a logical end;
• understanding of sales principles, be able to apply them;
• ability to adjust processes within the team: prepare timing, calculate estimates, brief creative, etc.;
• ability to receive feedback from the client and provide excellent customer service;
• variable thinking, high level of self and agency presentation, negotiation;
• structurality, calmness and extroversion;
• ability to generate ideas and find non-standard solutions, explain complex things in simple language.

Your tasks:

• management of work processes in the team and within the framework of the preparation of tender offers, other agreements;
• communication with clients, project management, communication with contractors;
• preparation of individual proposals, presentations, invoicing and control together with accounting;
• development and implementation of marketing and advertising strategies for clients;
• analysis and reporting of project results.
