Account Manager (Polish language) in Giftmall

Today, giftmall has offices in Kyiv and Warsaw and serves thousands of users from various fields of activity.

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Manager for working with B2B clients. A person who will be the client's first assistant and an expert in the field of products developed by our company.

With us you will:

📍effectively accompany customers throughout order stages;

📍advise customers about the product, catalog and additional services;

📍work on customer retention, improvement and expansion of cooperation;

📍collect feedback service and product communications;

📍participate in meetings to discuss process improvements and updates.

We expect:

📍fluency in the Polish language both orally and in writing;

📍more than 1 year of experience in a similar position in the B2B industry;

📍knowledge of the English language not lower than B1 level;
